Old Delmar and the Hamagrael neighborhood sit just south of the Delmar Four Corners, the intersection of Delaware and Kenwood Avenues that is the heart of Delmar. Tree-lined streets like Fernbank, Winne, Westchester, Jordan and Fairway are filled with classic homes, many built from the 1930s through the 1960s, alongside a few historic farmhouses and newer homes. Hamagrael Elementary sits right in the neighborhood, and many streets are within its walk zone.

Delmar grew up around its railroad station. The hamlet was first known as Adamsville, after early settler and hotel owner Nathaniel Adams, and later took its name from the Delmar station on the Albany and Susquehanna Railroad. Today the Four Corners is still the center of town, and the surrounding streets of Old Delmar have the established, walkable feel that draws buyers to this part of Bethlehem.
Homes here range from colonials and capes to ranches and split-levels, typically with 3 to 4 bedrooms and roughly 1,500 to 2,500 square feet.
