Chadwick Square is a townhome community in Glenmont, in the Town of Bethlehem, tucked between Wemple Road and Jefferson Road. Homes are built in small clusters of three or four along quiet, Colonial-named streets lined with mature oaks and maples. With only two entrances off Wemple Road, there is very little through-traffic. It's a favorite for downsizers and anyone who wants Bethlehem schools and low-maintenance living.

Pool, Courts and the HOA

Residents have their own in-ground pool and kiddie pool, plus tennis, pickleball and basketball courts off Commonwealth Drive.

The Chadwick Square Park Association, run by a volunteer Board of Directors with professional management, takes care of the common areas and amenities and reviews exterior changes so the community keeps its well-kept look. The Homes

Chadwick Square townhomes were built from about 1979 through 1990. You'll find one- and two-story layouts, most with 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 to 3 baths and roughly 1,250 to 2,300 square feet. Many have attached garages, finished basements, decks and small private garden spaces.

Streets in the community include Commonwealth Drive, Constitution Drive and Court, York Road, Quincy Road and Court, Standish Drive, Brightonwood Road and Rusfield Drive.

About 15 townhomes sold here in the past 12 months, most between roughly $345,000 and $410,000 (about $225 per square foot on average). As of October 2026, two homes are for sale at about $395,000 to $425,000 and one is under contract. Well-kept units tend to sell quickly, so it pays to be ready.
