Haswell Farms is a Delmar neighborhood of newer colonials tucked just south of Feura Bush Road, between Elsmere Avenue and Elm Avenue. Quiet loops and cul-de-sacs like Hasgate Drive, Egmont Court and Reynolds Court keep traffic low, and it's only minutes to the Delmar Bypass, Delaware Plaza and Elm Avenue Park. The Homes

Haswell Farms was built in phases from the mid-1980s into the early 2000s by Rosen Development. Most homes are two-story colonials with 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths and roughly 2,300 to 3,300 square feet, many with finished basements and lots of about a third of an acre or more.

Streets in and around the neighborhood include Hasgate Drive, Egmont Court, Reynolds Court, McCombe Drive, Bain Drive, Westphal Drive and Spindler Court. Haswell Farms has its own homeowners association.
